Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Do not send products to an unauthorized address. If a return is approved or required, we will provide the appropriate instructions based on the circumstances and applicable requirements.

Submitting a request does not guarantee automatic approval. However, no internal decision may eliminate a right or remedy required by applicable law.

Depending on the request, we may ask for photographs of the product and packaging, product or batch identification, delivery records, and other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

If damage, a discrepancy, or another issue is suspected, please wait for our team's instructions before altering, discarding, or returning the product, unless immediate action is necessary for safety or required by law.

Product condition, packaging, shipping history, and the information provided may be considered during the review. Where relevant, applicable storage, handling, and transportation requirements may also be considered.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a resolution may include a refund, replacement, return, or another appropriate remedy. We will communicate the proposed resolution to the requester.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the order's processing stage, preparation for shipment, transfer to the carrier, and other relevant circumstances.
