Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after the daily shipping cutoff will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after the Friday cutoff or during the weekend will be processed starting Monday.

Processing times exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

A flat shipping fee of $13 applies to all orders. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an address correction is needed, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
